Hello Potential Guardians,
I thought 2018 would be a good time to meet and greet because this is the year that I go full time as an author and really kick things up (in oh so many ways, ha ha). There are currently three books in the Guardians of the Grail Series and at least two more coming out this year. I write with a lot of factual history interwoven with fantasy fiction and I hope you enjoy that. History is a passion of mine and visiting old places fills much of my free time. I'm British and lucky enough to live near the Roman city of Bath and the old maritime port of Bristol. Glastonbury (resting place of King Arthur and where Joseph of Arimathea is said to have planted his staff, resulting in the Holy Thorn, a sprig of which still graces HRH The Queen's Christmas table to this day) is also close by and features in my Guardian series, and we have the impressive stone circles just down the road at Stanton Drew which date back to somewhere between 2000 - 3000 BC. I also love full moon and am very excited because this month we have two! The first is a Super Moon which is when the moon is very close to the earth and on a crisp and clear winter night you can see the giant craters in the moons surface with the naked eye. Rather excitingly it is also called a Wolf Moon (first full moon of January each year). It is already looking incredible as I write this. The second full moon in a month is, of course, called a Blue Moon. So who knows what will happen, after all anything is possible once in a blue moon... Check out the books so far and do sign up to my monthly newsletter HERE if you'd like updates on new releases and promotions or just generally to follow along with the things I find inspiring. Best wishes for a wonderful 2018 to you all, Elena Bryce
